The La Cigogne de Lily story began in 2016, when Fanny, inspired by her pregnancy with Lily, set out to create a beautiful, unique nest for her future princess. It was during this special time that Fanny’s vision for the brand took shape, and in June 2016, the first collection of La Cigogne de Lily was born—the TENDRESSE Collection. With the support of friends and family, Fanny presented her initial creations at private sales and showrooms, quickly generating buzz through word of mouth.

In January 2017, La Cigogne de Lily launched its online store, complete with a blog offering valuable insights on baby care, gift ideas, and parenting advice. Fanny’s efforts included traveling to various works councils, sales events, consumer fairs, and designer markets, which helped spread the brand’s reach. In May 2017, the second collection, ACCIDULEE, was introduced, followed by a collaboration with Samantha’s Little Menthe concept store in Boulogne.

The momentum continued to grow, and by October 2017, La Cigogne de Lily participated in the prestigious Salon Baby at the Parc des Expositions in Porte de Versailles.

In January 2018, Fanny, expecting her second daughter, attended the renowned PLAYTIME PARIS Show, unveiling the BLUE BIRD Collection, which was met with widespread praise. The collection’s success led to unexpected international growth, with orders flowing in from Belgium and Spain. By the end of 2018, La Cigogne de Lily had expanded beyond Île-de-France and was available in over 15 stores across four countries.

In September 2018, the brand proudly participated in the MAISON & OBJET trade fair, marking a major milestone in the brand’s growing presence in the global market.

In 2019, La Cigogne de Lily unveiled its fourth collection, RABBITS AND FLOWERS, marking another milestone in its journey to provide beautiful and timeless baby accessories. By this time, the brand’s distribution network had expanded to include more than 25 brands across several regions.

The year also saw La Cigogne de Lily return to the prestigious MAISON & OBJET trade fair in January 2019, where it showcased its fifth collection: JUNE IN APRIL. The brand’s continued success at the event reinforced its growing reputation in the baby world, especially after being featured on the event’s posters alongside major industry players in September 2018. This recognition further propelled the brand’s growth, with La Cigogne de Lily increasing its distribution network to over 40 brands across five countries.

As Fanny proudly shares, "And yes, my first daughter is the heroine of this story, the second one at least has the right to her chapter!" Both of Fanny’s daughters are now part of the inspiration behind La Cigogne de Lily's creations.
