Shipping Policy

At FrenchyCorner, we are proud to offer international shipping to customers worldwide.

  • Shipping costs

    FrenchyCorner has a very low delivery cost policy so that you can access this French know-how without the cost of delivery being an obstacle.

    To do this, we have chosen a reliable, committed and market-leading shipping partner, and cut out the middleman to optimize the overall cost.

    FrenchyCorner has also chosen to practice a policy of very low margins and to participate in the coverage of a major part of the shipping cost.

    The delivery costs remaining at your expense therefore represent only a small part of their real costs.

    These delivery costs vary between SGD 5 and SGD 15 depending on the weight, volume and particularity of the product being shipped.

    And all shipping costs will be free for all orders over SGD 300.

    Shipping Condition & Delivery Time

    Many products offered will be specifically made for you when you order.

    This means that this manufacturing time must be considered into account in your delivery time.

    This necessary manufacturing time is the guarantee of the quality and exclusivity of the products you buy.

    This can therefore vary from one to four weeks depending on the product, its complexity of creation and the production activity of the Manufacturer.

    An order can be made up of several products selected from different Brands offered by FrenchyCorner.

    Packages will be prepared and shipped according to the Brands in your order.

    An order can therefore be delivered to you in several packages, at different times directly from their manufacturing sites and depending on the manufacturing time required for each product.

    Customs & Duties: Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your package's progress.

Refund Policy

Regarding the distance and the cost of transport, we ask our customers to carefully check their order before validating it.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@frenchycorner.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your case and provide assistance where possible.

Any broken products reported by the delivery person and/or by the customer upon delivery will be returned after verification and validation by the manufacturer.

Product return requests will be subject to acceptance by the manufacturer and depend on their conditions of acceptance.

Any personalized products cannot be the subject of a return request.

For all other cases, the customer wishing to return a product will benefit from a voucher on the FrenchyCorner website for an amount corresponding to their initial purchase as compensation and will have to pay the return costs corresponding to the cost of shipping at the local rate.
