At FrenchyCorner, we proudly provide worldwide delivery exclusively via DHL from France.

Shipping Costs
FrenchyCorner maintains a low delivery cost policy to ensure that French craftsmanship is accessible without shipping being a barrier.
To achieve this, we work directly with a trusted and leading shipping partner, cutting out intermediaries to optimize costs.
We also absorb part of the shipping expense by keeping very low margins, so the fee you pay only covers a small portion of the actual cost.
Delivery fees range between SGD 5 and SGD 15 depending on the weight, size, and specifics of the item ordered.

Shipping Conditions & Delivery Times
Many items are made to order, which means production time is included in the overall delivery timeline.
This production period guarantees the quality and exclusivity of your purchase.
Delivery may take from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the product’s complexity and the manufacturer’s schedule.
If your order contains products from different brands, they may be shipped separately, directly from their workshops, and arrive in multiple packages at different times.

Customs & Duties
Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow your package’s journey.

Refund Policy
Due to the distance and shipping costs, we ask customers to carefully review their order before confirming.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days at contact@frenchycorner.com including photos and a detailed description. We will review your case and provide support.
Items reported as broken at the time of delivery will be returned after verification and approval by the manufacturer.
Return requests are subject to manufacturer acceptance and their conditions.
Personalized products are non-returnable.
For other return cases, customers will receive a voucher equal to the original purchase amount (usable on the FrenchyCorner website). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will match local shipping rates.
