How to Care

Wine decanting guide

Bring the bottle up from the cellar about two hours before serving, allowing it to gradually reach room temperature. Choose a simple, elegant decanter to highlight the wine without distraction.

Pour the wine slowly into the decanter, letting it flow gently along the inner wall to preserve its structure and aromas.

For young wines, allow approximately one hour of aeration before serving to soften tannins, reduce astringency, and enhance body and roundness.

For older wines, decant gently just before serving. The goal is a delicate separation from sediment and lees, preserving the wine’s finesse while ensuring a clean, expressive pour.
