How to Care

Crafted from natural materials like wood or horn, your Morta knife requires special care to maintain its beauty and durability. To preserve its authentic character, avoid prolonged contact with water.

The oiled handle will develop a unique patina over time, shaped by the natural oils from your hand. Similarly, the carbon steel blade will acquire a rich patina, enhancing its timeless appeal. For maintenance, simply sharpen it on a whetstone or sharpening stone to keep its edge razor-sharp.

With the right care, your Morta knife will age beautifully, becoming a cherished companion for years to come.
