Our world-renowned Calissons d’Aix are crafted with finely ground almonds, candied melon at its core, and orange peel, creating a smooth, balanced sweetness. They are paired with our exquisite candied fruits, prepared through a time-honored confisage process. This tray features a variety including apricots from Provence, pineapple, angelica, citron, cherries, lemon, clementines, figs, melon slices, orange, peach, pear, and plum.

Ingredients:
Calissons: 44% Candied fruit (melon, glucose syrup, orange peel), 42% almonds, sugar, fruit candy syrup (sugar, glucose syrup), glucose syrup, rehydrated egg white, wafer (potato starch, sunflower oil).
Candied fruits: Fruits (pink apricot from Provence, pineapple, angelica, citron, cherry, lemon, clementine, fig, melon, orange, peach, pear, plum), glucose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), preservative: sulphur dioxide (E220).
Allergens: Almond, egg, sulphur dioxide.
