Mondiovision Epic Plain Jumper

For over 135 years, SAINT JAMES and the Mont Saint-Michel have shared a deep-rooted history at the heart of Normandy. In 2023, SAINT JAMES became a patron of the Mont Saint-Michel Public Establishment, further cementing its dedication to preserving this Norman treasure and the surrounding bay.

To celebrate this historic connection, SAINT JAMES and Mont Saint- Michel have created a capsule collection, meticulously crafted in our Norman ateliers and proudly showcasing the silhouette of the legendary Mont Saint-Michel.

The Mondiovision Epic Jumper is knitted in these workshops, just a few kilometers from the Mont itself. This classic sailor’s wool jumper features a shoulder button placket and a re-stitched round neckline— hallmark details of our century-old maritime designs. Knitted in a finer gauge than our traditional Matelot sweater, it offers a softer, lighter feel while the ribbed hem enhances both volume and comfort. The sleeves feature an elegant motif of the Mont, knitted directly into the fabric, celebrating this exclusive collaboration.

This jumper is not only a tribute to Normandy and its iconic landmark but also a testament to SAINT JAMES’ enduring craftsmanship, timeless style, and commitment to heritage.

How to Care for Your SAINT JAMES Wool Garment

Check the care label before washing to see if your garment is machine-washable. If it is, use the wool program on your machine and wash at a maximum of 30°C. For cashmere, do not exceed 30°C. Always use a non-chlorinated detergent to protect the fibers.

If your machine does not have a wool setting, select a gentle cycle at 30°C and set the spin speed to 400–500 RPM.

After washing, lay your garment flat to dry.
Hanging it while wet can stretch the fabric and cause it to lose its shape permanently.

To iron, use steam or set your iron to position 2. For dry ironing, place a damp cloth between the iron and the garment to protect the fibers and preserve the wool’s texture.
