Designer Bruno Moretti sought to distill the essence of the knife into three defining principles:

Thus, the Ulu and Savik knives were born. Inspired by Inuit traditions, where men and women have distinct knives—Savik for men, Ulu for women - this philosophy now finds its way to the Michelin-starred tables of Guy Savoy.
