The blade is crafted from Sandvik 14c28n stainless steel, known for its excellent cutting performance.
With a hardness of 59 HRC Rockwell, this steel ensures outstanding corrosion resistance while allowing easy sharpening.

Its blade in Sandvik steel (14c28n) ensures an excellent cutting edge. With 59 HRC hardness, this steel has very good corrosion resistance while being easy to sharpen.

How to Care
