On the nose: On the nose, we have the caramelised side of flambéed banana

Palate: The rum is powerful in the mouth from the beginning, due to the flambéing. You will then discover the caramelized banana with vanilla touches given by the tonka bean.

Martinique 50° agricultural white rum (71%), homemade cane sugar syrup, Guadeloupe & Martinique banana, tonka bean.
