The Vitteaut Alberti estate, located in Rully within the Côte Chalonnaise, has been producing exceptional Crémant across three generations. Covering 22 hectares of carefully tended vineyards, the estate is dedicated to meticulous craftsmanship and consistent quality. Vineyards & Craftsmanship

The Blanc de Blanc is made from a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Aligoté grapes. Each grape is carefully cold-pressed, with temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve freshness and delicate aromas. This attention to detail ensures a refined and elegant wine that expresses the unique character of its grape varieties.

Élevage – Bottle Aging for Balance and Complexity

Following traditional sparkling wine techniques, the wine is aged in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months.
