French sparkling wine - Crémant Cuvée "Agnés" Vitteaut Alberti

About the Domaine:

The Vitteaut Alberti estate, located in Rully in the Côte Chalonnaise, has been passed down through three generations, with a focus on producing exceptional Crémant. With 22 hectares of vineyards, the estate is dedicated to maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and consistency across their entire range of Crémant. Recognized by both wine professionals and clients, the Vitteaut Alberti family continues to uphold its tradition of producing some of the finest Crémant wines in Burgundy.

Elevage (Aging Process):

The Cuvée Agnes is a meticulously crafted Crémant made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The grapes undergo cold pressing, with tank temperature control throughout the process to preserve freshness and elegance. The wine is then aged for a minimum of 36 months in bottle, which contributes to its complexity and refinement. This extended ageing period ensures the Cuvée Agnes develops its signature smoothness and depth, making it a standout offering from the estate.

Tasting notes:

Silky, golden bubbles with glints of amber. The nose reveals the rich freshness of Chardonnay. The palate offers a lovely aromatic complexity. Citrus, white peach and honey aromas on the palate bring complexity to this cremant. Finesse and harmony defines this prestigious Cuvee.
