Crafted in the heart of Charente by Famille Cabanne, this elegant VS Cognac is aged for a minimum of two years in French oak barrels resting in our traditional humid, earthen cellars. This unique maturation environment reveals subtle notes of undergrowth and mushroom while preserving the spirit’s natural freshness and finesse. Its pale yellow colour with golden reflections sets the stage for a vibrant aromatic profile, where juicy plum and pear meet delicate floral hints of daisy and lime blossom, all gently rounded by soft touches of vanilla and honey.
On the palate, the experience is indulgent yet beautifully balanced, unfolding layers of gingerbread and fresh honey for a light, refined and harmonious finish.
