Color: Intense yellow with small mahogany reflections due to the flambéing of the pineapple.

Nose: The expression of the tasty aromas of lime as well as its acidity are very present. In the background, aromas of fresh and flambéed pineapple appear with a slight note of plum.

Palate: The attack on the palate is mainly marked by the acidity of lime, then comes that of victoria pineapple accompanied by its flambéed side.
